Mindset Support Services

This group takes place monthly at Caya Yoga Wellness Community once a month Resuming in Winter 2025. This peer support group is facilitated by a registered nurse, Allie Batey. The group will focus on bringing people together who live with different types of health challenges and diagnoses, recognizing the shared emotional experience of many who are impacted by autoimmune disease and chronic illness including long covid. Guided meditation and breath work will be incorporated at the beginning of each session for those that are interested. This program is offered free of cost, registration is required, and donations are accepted to help keep our wellness community thriving.  

Reiki with therapeutic touch and light massage sessions are available in-person, in your own home, or at Caya Yoga Community. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses gentle touch to improve balance and promote relaxation and stress reduction. Allie Batey practices the art of Reiki daily, has gone through attunements, and is a certified Reiki Master. Contact us today to book your appointment! 

Tutoring and IEP/504 support services are offered with Jaimee Sabatino, BAE.  Jaimee is a Special Education Advocate, who provides support, guidance, and representation to parents and families navigating the special education system. She is passionate that students with disabilities receive the appropriate educational services, accommodations, and support they are entitled to under federal and state laws, such as the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Her goal is to empower families by ensuring that every child receives an inclusive, equitable, and high-quality education tailored to their unique abilities and needs.
